How long will it take to process my order?
Our standard processing time for all orders is between 1-2 days.
You may now need to allow up to 3 days for orders to be processed.

What is the delivery timeframe within Australia?
Due to high demand, Australia Post is experiencing delays between 5-7 days for standard services. Express next day delivery cannot be guaranteed. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

How do I know if my order has been dispatched?
You will receive an Order Confirmation once you place your order, and another separate email containing your order tracking number. You will be able to track the progress of your order through the Australia Post website (this can sometimes take up to 4 hours to be searchable in their system).

How can I return or exchange?
